How do I order a custom size?

Contact us with your requirements via live chat, whats app, email or call. We will get back to you with a price and time frame.

What is the best way to hang my acrylic?

The best way to hang AcylicPro is to fix two screws slightly apart at the same level. The C channel at the back of the axrylic will hook on to the screws and hold the print securely.

How long do the acrylics last?

The print lasts a lifetime if treated well. Do not expose it to direct sunlight or extreme elements.

How can I be sure of the colours?

Riot has calibrated machines. Your files are printed as-is, without any corrections. To get accurate colours make sure your monitor is calibrated for print.

Can I print on the front surface of the Acrylic?

Yes, you can, please contact us to discuss your requirements.

Can I get MATT acrylic?

MATT acrylic is available in 3 mm. The cost to print on matt acrylic is the the same as the 4mm gloss.

What is the production time?

Need your order within a certain time frame for an event, birthday or special occasion then understanding how we operate is important. We queue every job as it is received, we also accept urgent production for an additional fee, products are then shipped after they are made. If you need it urgently it is best to discuss your timeline with us and get prior confirmation. Once we commit to a deadline we make it a point to deliver. Our standard production time is five working days. For urgent orders we recommend collecting – shipping can add more days. Time frames may change slightly during the holiday season.
