Important information about previous Riot Photobooks projects

What Happened?

Due to the current regional conflict, the AWS data centres hosting Riot Photobooks’ online servers were affected.

Our systems were built with redundant infrastructure across multiple AWS servers in the region. However, the nature of the targeting meant that both zones were affected at the same time.

Despite ongoing recovery efforts, the data from those servers has unfortunately not been recoverable so far.

We are now rebuilding our platform on new servers and restoring services step by step.

Existing Customer Accounts

Because the previous server data could not be recovered, existing customer login accounts are no longer available.

Customers will therefore need to create a new account when starting a new project or placing future orders.

Creating a new account only takes a moment and allows you to continue creating and ordering books on the rebuilt platform.

How This May Affect You

If you were working on a project that had not yet been ordered
The project layout files were stored on the affected servers and may unfortunately need to be recreated using your original photos.

If you still have your photos, our team can help you rebuild your book quickly.
We sincerely apologise for this inconvenience. Our team will be happy to assist you in rebuilding your book.

If you previously placed an order

There is a possibility we may still have archived production files for completed orders. If you require additional copies, please contact us and we will check our archives.

Production Is Fully Operational

Riot’s production facility remains fully operational.

We continue to print and deliver photobooks and other products. During this period our team is also able to assist customers with manual orders and design support if needed.
