Riot photo books are simply the best. Not only that they have very good options for photo albums of all kinds, material and sizes but also they have a great design team. The team was very helpful giving advice on what needs to be fixed to enhance the design, proofing and checking the design and fixining when possible. Idai and the team were exceptionally helpful in helping me build my photo album. They had great patience and care in ensuring that every step was completed and gave great guidance. The photo album looks amazing and I would highly recommend them.

How long will it take?

Once we have received your photos, our designers will send you your first draft within two to four working days. When the design is approved, it takes up to seven working days for production. The album is available for collection when ready, or you can opt for courier which takes 2-3 working days within UAE. International shipping time varies depending on the location.

Urgent Option

If you need your album in a hurry, an urgent option is available for an additional fee.

The photobook design process

The photo album book design takes upto five working days from receipt of your images and payment.
If you need the album in a hurry, an urgent option is available for an additional fee.
You will receive an online weblink where you can preview the design and send us your comments. You are allowed one set of changes. (Additional changes will be charged).
Once the design is approved it takes upto seven working days for production. Delivery within UAE takes 2-3 working days and costs AED 24. International shipping time varies depending on the location.

Whats not included in free design photo album service

Photo selection and order sequence needs to be done by you.
Any custom design and modifications to be done by Riot team will be billed.
Photo retouching is not included, we only do basic colour correction.
Retouching services are available for a fee.
We do not provide a high resolution PDF of the design.
Additional cost apply for scanning photos.
Design services cannot be used in conjunction with another promotion.

Ladies only photo book printing service

We also offer a ladies only team to design and produce your album at no extra cost.

What about the quality of my photos?

If your image resolution is low, the software will indicate this with an exclamation mark. Low-resolution images will still print but look softer.

For images that appear dull on your screen, we recommend checking ON the Auto Image Enhance tool at checkout. Auto-enhance works on most dull photos.

Riot photobook uae does not colour correct photos. So make sure you have a calibrated monitor. For those who do not have a calibration device we suggest doing the following: Bring your monitor brightness down to simulate how images print on paper. Remember print does not show the same brightness levels as screens.

Several sites show you how to calibrate your screen on Windows and Mac without a calibration device. Use any one – although the results may vary without a calibration device.

Riot uses the highest industrial photo printing standards to calibrate and profile its machines to give you accurate print results.

How long will it take to receive my book?

It will take a maximum of seven working days from the time you place your order. You can also select the Urgent option to have your book ready in two working days.

If you have opted for courier, please add two days to the process. We recommend collecting for urgent orders.
