      The difference between Standard Books & Flat Albums
      Standard Books

      • Add up to 200 pages, great for a large photo collection.

      • Pages are 170gsm thick and have centre binding.

      • Printed digitally with a choice of 3 papers.

      • 5+ customisable themes to choose from.

      Flat Albums

      • Add up to 100 pages in a single album.

      • Pages are 1mm thick with no image loss in the spine area.

      • Printed in high definition on photo lustre paper.

      • 17+ customisable themes to choose from.

      Important Tips

      • Copy the images onto your computer and do not move them once you start the project.

      • Reduce your screen brightness.

      • Use the “Auto-Enhance” tool on dark images.

      • Use the Preview button to check your project before you order.

      Photo Quality

      Low-resolution images are flagged on your screen with an exclamation mark automatically. Reduce the size of the image box or replace the photo with a better version. If you have no alternative, a low-resolution image will still print but look softer.

      View the effects of the Auto-Enhance tool on all your photo, you can find it in the image tab on the right side of the software. Dull images tend to look better with the auto-enhance feature.

      Riot does not colour correct photos. Please calibrate your monitor if you can. If you do not have a calibration device, we suggest doing the following: Lower the monitor brightness to simulate paper which is duller than your screen. You can calibrate a monitor without a calibration device with information found on the internet, although the results may vary. For best results use a calibration device.

      Production and shipping time

      • Your photobooks take 4 to 7 working days to produce. Choose Urgent Production at checkout if you need it quicker (additional charges apply).

      • Choose collection if you are in the vicinity or need your book urgently. We are located in Jumeirah Lake Towers.

      • Select shipping to have the book couriered right to your door. Courier typically takes between 2 to 4 working days for delivery.

      • An email is sent to your registered address when your order is ready for shipping or collection.

      • Photo Lustre Paper
        Photo lustre paper is scratch resistant with excellent haptic performance. It is perfect for pin-sharp details and reproduces intense, vivid colours with high consistency and gamut.

        • Standard Photobooks

      • Semi-Gloss
        170 gsm semi-gloss is perfectly balanced between the coated and printed area and suitable for everyday photos.

      • Mohawk Superfine
        Mohawk is one of the most beautiful matte papers which is soft to the touch, distinctive and elegant looking for unique photos.

      • UV Coating
        UV coating adds an even gloss protection that improves the richness and pops the overall colour and contrast of the images.
