All you require is to download our software. It has a wizard that
will guide you through all the software features. You can produce a
wide range of products including books, canvases, calendars, greeting
cards and posters.

To get the best results we recommend 300 DPI images at actual size
in JPEG, although the software will accept resolution as low as 145
DPI.
Any lower and you will get a symbol warning you about
resolution. You can still choose to print images with a lower
resolution - just be aware a lower resolution image will result in an
unsharp pixelated print.

Unfortunately no. Once you have uploaded a project, Riot goes
through a range of processes to make your file print ready and
prints. There are no options to hold the file. Therefore it is
mandatory you check all the contents including colour and text before
you upload. Riot is not responsible for customer generated errors
(For more information read our Terms and Conditions).

If you wish to make changes and order more copies on an old project
then:
a) Launch Riot Designer
b) Click on open an existing project
c) Select the project that you wish to edit, and click on duplicate
project
d) Rename the duplicate project
e) Now open the newly named project and make your changes
f) Save and upload when ready.

Accurate colours are achieved by using a regularly calibrated
monitor. Setting your target standard to match European ISO Fogra 39
or the European ISO Fogra 27 standard will offer you a more accurate
colour match on screen. You can soft-proof your book to get about 70
to 80% accuracy on colour reproduction.

Yes you can. Just delete the logo in your project. Canvas stretcher
bars (logo on inner wood surface) and shipping boxes come with our
logo and cannot be removed.

We use PayPal for all our transactions. Use any major credit cards
including Visa, MasterCard ®, American Express, and Discover. PayPal
does the credit card processing for you. All credit card payments
are done directly by Pay Pal where financial security is their
highest priority. We store no credit card details with us.
